ALL HIRE charges and deposits on Holiday Homes & Flats are payable as follows;

(a) €105 deposit per week on receipt of which letter of confirmation will be sent.

(b) The outstanding balance to be paid in cash prior to the commencement of the hire, plus €105 Damage Deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the hiring period, providing no damage has occurred to the Holiday Home or equipment during this time and it has been left in a clean and orderly condition.

(c) The hire of the Holiday Home is from 4pm Saturday until 11am on the following Saturday.

(d) Should the reserved Holiday Home, through unforeseen circumstances, not be available at the stated time, we reserve the right to substitute or to cancel the reservation and refund to the Hirer the amount paid in advance, in full settlement of any and all claims.

(e) Dogs are welcome on the site but must be kept on a lead not longer than 2 metres and exercised off the site.

(f) In the event of a cancellation, the €105 deposit will be forfeited unless 28 days notice is given.

(g) Cleaning of the Holiday Home is the responsibility of the outgoing tenant.

(h) The management will not accept responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property caused whilst on the park.
